In order to access the survey, you need to have Session Cookies enabled. To enable session cookies in your browser, follow these steps.
  1. Select Tools > Internet Options from your browser menu.
  2. Click on the Privacy tab.
  3. Click on the Advanced button.
  4. Check the checkboxes for Override automatic cookie handling and Always allow session cookies as shown below. You can set the first and third party cookie settings as desired.
